At Pickard Oaks Homeowners' Association, Inc., we pride ourselves on keeping our residents connected through events and activities. We are proud of our community engagement, and through our website and mobile app, we keep everyone informed about area happenings, maintenance, security, events, and more.
A quiet upscale neighborhood of 64 twin townhouses sits among clusters of oak along two winding streets, separated by lush greens of protected landscape. Location is one major benefit at Pickard Oaks, being not only midway between two world class universities (UNC and Duke), but also only a 20 minute drive to Research Triangle Park and the RDU airport. Within 2½ miles there are five supermarkets and much other shopping.
Children living in Pickard Oaks are privileged to attend North Carolina’s best public schools. The free Chapel Hill bus system stops at our entrance, with three pickups per hour.
